This image is from the April 2024 solar eclipse. Although i did not have clear skies at my location, i feel that the clouds added an interesting moody feel.

Full Totality
This is an image of the Solar Eclipse of 2017 during full totality. If you look carefully, in the lower left of the frame you can see the planet Mercury. You can also see prominences coming off the sun’s surface, showing in a fiery red glow along the edge of the moon.
